'Hansik' K-Cuisine Class [HANGWA - Korean Traditional Confectionery(Dessert)]
HANGWA _ Korean traditional confectionery (Dessert)
Hangwa was prepared for traditional Korean ceremonies such as marriage, childbirth, birthday, ancestral rites, Lunar New Year, Chuseok, etc.
In the program, we will present the manufacturing methods of Hangwa and the combination with tea, Dagwa.
Korean confectioneries are prepared with different types of cereals and medicinal ingredients natural like ginger, jujube, cinnamon, honey etc.
