Proudly partnered with the competition since 2015, the Korean Cultural Center celebrates the talent and dedication of seven Korean violinists who have qualified for the first round this year. Join us in anticipation of their remarkable performances, alongside the inspiring performances of all young contestants.

Queen Elisabeth Competition 2024 Violin (Semi-Finalist)


From the Queen Elisabeth Competition, Songha Choi, Dayoon You, and Anna Im have risen as our trio of semi-finalists, displaying exceptional talent and dedication. Their outstanding performances have earned praise and admiration, not only from the judges but also from audiences worldwide. We offer our sincere congratulations to Songha Choi, Dayoon You, and Anna Im, and we proudly support them as they represent Korea with grace and skill.




Three Korean participants, Dayoon YOU, SongHa CHOI, and Anna IM, advanced to the finals of this year's Queen Elizabeth Competition in the violin section. Congratulations to all three musicians. They will stay at Music Chapel this week to prepare for the final competition. They will then perform at the finals held at the Bozar for a week from May 27th, and the winner will be announced around 12 PM after the final performance on June 1st, 2024.
