[BID ANNOUNCEMENT] GUARDING SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE KOREAN CULTURAL CENTER IN BRUSSELS

I. Call for Tenders

⚬ Subject of the Contract : The Korean Cultural Center is seeking proposals for a security contract to safeguard its premises.

⚬ Contract Duration : From 01/03/2025 to 28/02/2026 (12 months)

   *The contract is renewable annually, contingent upon budget allocation for the subsequent year (renewable each February for a period of 12 months).

⚬ Description : Security of the premises of the Korean Cultural Center from 12:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. (for the interior of the building)

   - The schedule can be modified based on the Korean Cultural Center's activities.

   - 5 days a week, excluding public holidays

⚬ The service provider must undertake the following responsibilities :

   - Security checks for visitors at the Korean Cultural Center

   - Regular exterior inspections of the Korean Cultural Center

   - Perform tasks such as welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and providing basic guidance on cultural center programs as part of reception duties

II. Procedure

⚬ Call for Tenders :

   - The invitation to tender is posted on the website of the Korean Cultural Center on February 21, 2025.

   - Submit proposals by 5:00 p.m. on February 27, 2025, via email to jeongseung.lee@kccbrussels.be.

III. Service Proposals

Guarding service proposals must be consistent with the requirements of the Korean Cultural Center. Only proposals meeting the service objectives, execution conditions, and the outlined guard team description will be considered.
