Call for Volunteers for <Korea Unboxed: Scoop the Trend>!

Korean Cultural Center of the Korean Embassy to Belgium & the EU is recruiting volunteers to assist with the 2025 <Korea Unboxed: Scoop the Trend> event.

Applicants are requested to submit their application documents by Sunday, 28 September 2025.

1. Working Conditions

- Dates: 18 & 19 Oct. 2025 (Sat & Sun)

- Hours: 10:00AM-9:00PM (with 1-hour break, subject to change)

- Location: Korean Cultural Center & Pl. de la Chapelle

- Allowance: €350 (including transportation & meals)

2. Responsibilities

- Help set up and tidy up the event

- Support the smooth running of the activities

- Welcome visitors and provide friendly guidance

3. Eligibility

- Anyone 18 or older who is legally allowed to live and work in Belgium

- Those interested in Korean culture

- Friendly and outgoing, enjoying sharing trends with visitors

※ Volunteers must attend both event days and the mandatory orientation on Saturday, 10 October 2025.

4. Application

- Deadline: 28 Sep. 2025 (Sun) 11:59PM (Belgium local time)

5. Selection Process

- Results : 29 Sep. 2025 (Mon)

- Online Interviews : 1 & 2 Oct. (Wed & Thu)

- Final Results : 6 Oct. 2025 (Mon)

- Orientation : 10 Oct. 2025 (Fri) 6:30PM

6. Notes

- Only successful applicants will be individually notified of the results at each stage.

- Applicants are responsible for any disadvantages resulting from incomplete or missing documents.

- Submission of false information may result in disqualification.
