The Korean Cultural Center in Belgium and the EU is recruiting pre-event staff for the 2025 <Korea unboxed: Scoop the trend>.

1. Position & Number of Staff

 - Short-term contract pre-event staff for <Korea unboxed: Scoop the trend> (1 person)

2. Responsibilities

 - Support for preparation, operation, and execution of the <Korea unboxed: Scoop the trend> festival
 - Assistance with performances, stands (cultural experiences, etc.), promotion, and administrative work
 - Graphic design for promotional materials, event manual preparation, etc.
 - On-site work required during the event period

3. Eligibility

 - Applicants must be legally eligible to stay in Belgium
 - Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, French
 - Organized, communicative, and team-oriented
 - Relevant work experience preferred

4. Working Conditions

 - Working hours: 5 days per week, 6.5 hours per day
 - Flexible hours and compensatory leave may apply for evening events
 - Contract period: September 17 – October 20, 2025 (5 weeks)
 - Compensation: €13/hour (including transportation and meals)
