The Korean Cultural Center of the Republic of Korea in Belgium and the EU is pleased to announce an open tender to recruit organizations responsible for the organization, operation and communication of the Korean Cultural Festival. It will be held from September 24 to 25, 2021.

Festival date/location: September 24 -25, 2021/ Place de Brouckere

❑ The Korean Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union is looking to hire agencies that can faithfully carry out duties of recruitment, installation, operation, and removal of facilities and recruitment & management of related professionals and volunteers as well as public and press promotion necessary for the <Korean Culture Day> Festival held from September 24 to 25.

❑ Contract Period: April 30, 2021-September 30, 2021 (5 months)

- Planning, preparation and promotion: May 20, 2021 – September 23, 2021

- Installation, management, and removal of festival facilities: September 24–25, 2021
