[Buchaechum]

Buchaechum is a new dance created in the 20thcentury based on traditional dance moves, the history and the culture of South Pyongan Province. For this dance, the dancers use large fans painted with pink peony blossoms to create various formations. These beautiful dance movements in harmony with soft curves and yin and yang, and wealth deeply embedded with Korean sentiment Buchaechum unique artistic and aesthetic technique is the philosophy of the dance.

[Purpose]

Through the training of basic movements of Korean traditional dance, learn various types of dance moves.

By learning the dance moves of Korean fan dance, you can not only feel the excitement and beauty of Korean traditional dance but also learn the ability of body expression and the rhythm.
