1st session at 11h-12h

  - dish <Korean style pickled vegetables> & 

  - dish <Saengseonjeon (Pan-fried battered fish fillets), and Yukjeon(Pan-fried battered beef) with Korean style pickled vegetables>

 

2nd session at 13h-14h 

  - dish <Yukhoe (Beef tartare)>

  - dish <Fish dumpling with truffle red chilli paste sauce> *only for Demonstration and not followed by participants


Are you tempted by Korean cuisine? We would like to share with you the recipe for delicious Korean food. That's why 

the Korean Cultural Center and Seoul City are jointly hosting the Korean Food Online Event <Taste of Seoul> on November 13. 

Please read the following instructions carefully.


1. check the dishes and the necessary ingredients of the First Session & Second Session

    * please refer to the attached file to find the information in detail of each session

   

    - choose a session that you are more interested in

    - if you request both sessions, you can participate in the other session only when there are not enough participation requests.

      (please write in the email which session is your first option if you request both)


2. Send a participation request email to info@kccbrussels.be

    - participation request email must be arrived before 5th of Nov. 

    - please make title of email as <Taste of Seoul> and write write your full name, mobile number and the session(s) that you 

      would like to participate in.

    - Once you participate in this event, it means that you agree on using the captured image (or video) of the online event for

      a promotional object by Korean Cultural Center Brussels & City of Seoul.


3. If you are chosen by the random raffle as a participant for this event, you will be informed of the date & time to pick up 

    at the Korean Cultural Center

    - The Random raffle for choosing the participants will be done on the 5th of Nov.

    - Most of the necessary ingredients should be prepared by yourself for you, but the Korean Cultural Center will provide you 

      with some must-have Korean ingredients like soy sauce or red chili paste.

    - Only the chosen participants will be contacted, thanks for your comprehension.


* As this is a real-time online event, the chefs will be happy to answer your questions. If you already have questions

   about Korean cuisine,  please submit your questions along with your request to participate.
